After a recent automatic Windows Update, my computer had trouble rebooting.
Kept getting that blue screen. Wanted to start in safe mode. After a couple
days of trying different things, the system came back and seemed OK.
However, since then Windows Media Center gives me a "stopped working"
dialogue box whenever I try to launch it. I am running Vista Home Premium,
purchased with a HP PC package (so I don't have the Vista software CD). Is
"restoring" to the initial purchased state my only option for restoring the
Windows Media Center application to Vista? (I did make the restore CD).

Thankful for any help I can get!
