Autoarchive inbox without going to every machine in my network

Posting in here because there are so many groups I can't find a good place
for this.

I want to be able to enable autoarchive the INBOX in outlook 2003 and 2007
without going to every machine in my network. I would like to use GP or Reg
hacks or a script to do this.
I have already set the retention policy and by default Autoarchive turns on
on the deleted items, sent items, and a few other but not the inbox.
Anyone got any good ideas? our users move and going to every workstation
evertime a new user logs on is not an option.
