Mapping Drives

I have a large number of users who use the same login script to map their
drives. For one user only, the script stops and asks for a user id and
password. When this is entered, the script continues to the end.
I have checked the account and it seems to be ok.
I have tried to map one of the drives but when I do, it pops up a dialog box
asking for user name and password but with a userid already filled in that is
nothing to do with me.
It seems that this user is picking up another userid and therefore the
password is incorrect when the script runs.
Does anyone have any ideas or have any of you encountered this before?
