How can I either programmatically or via an existing utility
automatically install DLL's into MTS (COM+ on Windows 2k) and
adjust the Identity in which the object is instantiated?

I *can not* install MS Test or any scriptind tools. I *can*
make API calls or use existing commandline utilities.
