Strange problem with passing recordset from atl!!

I'm constructing a recordset manually.. not with
any query.. then I'm trying to pass the recordset..
to as return value in the method. BUT I've tried
the IID_Dispatcher way.. and other ways.. But now
I'v got some data back to the caller... like the
fields.. in the recordset. I'm using

_Recodset ** as the [out, retval] .. but no
methods of the recordset can be used.. I'm getting
error when trying to compare EOF or movefirst.. anything..
what's going wrong?? This is take straight.. from an
microsoft example.. (the way I do it).. but is there something
I should now.. as I'm using disconnected recordset? (not using
db).. ?? Ok.. If you have any ideas.. please mail me..
