[Error number: 8DDD0023] when using proxy with authentication

Hi

I'm using an authenticated proxy connection to the internet and get the
following error when trying to download items in the basket.

[Error number: 8DDD0023]

any help would be great !

Hello, I have received this exact error 8DDD0023 yesterday when trying to download the FIM 2010 update 1 KB978864 from microsofts catalog website. I have since logged a CS ticket with MS and they have informed that they are experiencing issues with this site. They did not give a time when this would be fixed. thanks
