ATK0110 ACPI Utility driver not in catalog

On Windows 7 systems that we setup using WDS, the ATK0110 ACPI Utility driver
is not installed. I tried to add the driver to WSUS, but found no listing
for it in the Microsoft Update Catalog. The funny thing is, if we check
online for updates using Windows Update, it finds the update and lists it as
important. So, it seems like there has to be a way to add it to WSUS. When
we have to reinstall the o/s in the field, it is not practical to have the
end user manually run an update for this driver. Has anyone found a way
around this?
