Does any one know if a 32bits Activex Component .DLL would work under a
64bits windows 2003 environment?

I register with no problem it just does not instatiate the object.
Is there any special permission or just does not work at all.
The Activex .DLL developed in VB6 SP6
works fine under windows 32bit O/S and IIS 6.0
and .ASP classic
What is odd is that .DLL register fine under the 64bits O/S environment with
no complaint I looked that the registry and compared against the 32bits
oneand they are Indentical.
Any input will be gladly appreciated.
