I've skipped a version, making it hard to go back and check - any idea on
the blank?

2004 = 11.0
2006 = 13.0
2009 = ???
2010 = 17.0
(note I'm using EUR if that matters)
Am I missing any others?

(15.0 is the obvious candidate - I'm just hoping to confirm)

2009 = 16.0
Look at the year to version number and you will see a pattern
2004 = 11
2005 = 12 (Never released)
2006 = 13
2007 = 14 (Never released)
2008 = 15 (Never released)
2009 = 16
2010 = 17 (Not seen yet but I believe correct)
