Is a street map of São Paulo (São Paulo, Brazil) available
for Pocket Streets or MapPoint?

Is anyone interested in making such a map?

Only 2 editions of MapPoint exist at this time: North
America and Europe.

Hi,

because Mappoint just supports streets in Northern America and Canada and
Mappoint Europe supports streets in Western Europe (most of) nobody cannot
create maps of your wanted place.

And on

http://www.microsoft.com/pocketstreets/mapdownload/MapDownload_EN.html

are no ready pocket maps for your area as well.

So: No chance (at least for now) Neither to create nor to download.

Hi,

MS MapPoint offers two products: Northern America/Canada and Europe.
Streets are available for these two products. But other suppliers can
offer you streetfiles of S Paulo and many other cities in Brazil, but
not in the closed format for MapPoint and for other prices. So, the data
is available.
Look at:

Hello- while you may no longer have a need for this, for those searching this forum with the same question, the Maptitude Mapping Software supports similar functionality to that of MapPoint and has detailed coverage for Brazil. For more information you can visit: http://www.caliper.com/Maptitude/International/brazil.htm
