for Trucks there are roads when the commercial vehicles are not allowed to
drive on. Is there a was to avoide the system from planning a route in those
roads for trucks?

Yes use the "Avoid Area" function - this lets you draw rectangles (that
appear light yellow) over areas to avoid.
(draw a rectangle, select the rectangle, and right click - select "Avoid
Area")

Note that it works in terms of intersections. So putting a small
rectangle over a low bridge will not work. The rectangle would have to
cover the intersections that access the bridge. Notice that this also
closest the intersections - something that probably isn't desired.
