Is this possible in mappoint?

My company has sales people who travel around the country, and I'd like to see a visual (one by one of sales people or grouped by state possibly) of where they are traveling on a map and also where they're coming from. What's the best way to do this? I have the data for every trip they have taken I want to analyze including their home zip, destination zip etc. Im decent with access and have tried using a cross tab type query data format but it groups the 3 digit zip codes when it counts the number of trips instead of looking at my count number within the crossta . Any advice ?
