Printing A specific Area (i.e. State or sales territory)

How can I print only a small portion of the overall map.
I want to be able to print a state or sales territory area only so that I
can show the detail level I need to work with sales teams and in
presentations.

You zoom in on that area, then adjust the print settings to only print
the visible bit.
