In the knowledge base under 163589, is told that when you
changed your profile (other mailbox assigned) you can't
get access your 'old' ost file (because of a missing
cookie, for the NT authorization). Access is needed to the
old Exchange server to get access. I can't acess the
Exchange server because I don't work at that place
anymore.
All kind of data are stored in my ost file, but I have no
access. Has anyone a solution for this problem? How can I
get to my data, without a connection to the server?

Your recovery options are pretty limited if you don't have the Outlook
profile used to create the OST:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;163589
XCLN: Restoring from an OST after Deleting the Mailbox
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;243928
OL2000: (CW) Restoring a Deleted or Modified Outlook Offline Profile

There is one commercial solution I know of:

Safely recover infected Outlook OST files and convert OST into PST or many other different formats like: EML, MSG and HTML without any changes in original data.
