Hi All,

I hope I've got the right place for this question, anyway.... I have
MSmail Remote, and I have a lot of obsolete addresses in both my Personal and
Global lists, is there a way of deleting all addresses and so I can download
the newest list from my server??

Thanks
-Andy

PS If you can please email me, andy....@dial.pipex.com

Thanks

Maintaining your Personal Address Book is up to you. Because it's your
_personal_ address book, MS Mail will only add addresses to it (if you want it
to).

To update your Global Address Book, select the "Update Address Lists" option
when you connect. You'll get the latest copy of the address list as it's
stored on your postoffice. Check with your administrator to see whether the
list is being updated.
