and have them check your system. Most problems they can fix automatically.
Those they
can't fix, they will give you the instructions to print out to get rid of it
manually. It's a reputable
software company. One I've used for years and trust.
Also make sure your settings in accounts are correct. Sometimes .com change
their formats
so check to make sure you are using what they want in your settings.
