Howdy !,
Can the USPS be phisting the public with there change of address fee ?
Can the USPS be phisting the public with there change of address fee ?
The last I knew we paid through the postal delivery system. Billing,
inquiries, suggestions,..etc.
Fees should be collected by the private,..home town postman,..our "friend",
not an unknown entity.
Who can trace it but the FEDS anyways ?
