Exceeded users

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel I have a problem with the number of users logging into any of the Microsoft for Mac programs. We have reset 2 of our Mac's and I am about to do this to a third. Due to the reset, I think Microsoft views the new installs of the software back onto the system as additional users rather than a fresh install and as a result we now have error messages coming up stating that we have now exceeded the number of licences. This is despite the fact that we have 5 user licences and only 5 Macs logging in at any one time. Please help what do we do to let Mactopia clear the old registered users out? I have tried to find an online support area but have been directed always to a non-online support web page despite mactopia's site directions.
