Make sure that Office is fully updated & check the mfr's site for an updated
driver for your printer.

If you continue to have a problem it would be best to post to the group that
specifically deals with Mac Word - this 'other products' group is hit or
miss. Make sure to include all pertinent details including Office & OS X
version update levels as well as complete descriptions of the problem...
This message doesn't even indicate what version of Office you're using.

Many thanks for reply. When you say "group" is that the same as "forum"? I can find an Office for Mac forum - is that what you had in mind?

I am running Word 12.2.4 on OSX 10.5.8. The box Office came in is marked Office:mac2008. This is not the only problem I have had with it - spell check on Entourage dosen't always work properly. You seem to work for Office(?) - is it normal to these sorts of problems?

Regards
John

The term "Forum" is used on the Mactopia web site but the questions posted
there are 'mirrored' to NNTP newsgroups... So Yes, the terms are
interchangeable. There is one for each program in the Office suite as well
as the Office Forum for issues that span more than just one program.

Choose the one for the program in which you're having the problem. All are
located on the Product Forums page of the Mactopia site:

http://www.officeformac.com/productforums/

But No, I do not work for Microsoft nor do the others who participate... We
are users who voluntarily offer whatever assistance we can to other users.
