Advising someone about using Mac Downloads in VLSC

I'm on a Windows machine at my office (I have a Mac at home); I know there's a way to download a purchased program from the VLSC, and create a CD or DVD for installation. Which Mac software utility must be used to create that installable disk copy?

Disk Utility should work.
