I'm not sure what "revert to saved" means. Should I just follow the default?

Hi

It means that you are trying to open a document for a second time that you
already have open.

The full sentence should probably be something like:
"You already have this document open. Would you like Word to close it now
without saving changes and revert the copy that you previously saved that
you are trying to open?"

to whatever version of the document existed when you last hit "save
