I'm working in Word X for the MAC and am having difficulty locating the Save
As PDF setting options. When I save a doc as a PDF from the print window
the files size is huge. I'd like to be able to change the default setting
so that the resolution is lower. Any advice is appreciated.

Hi

The PDF option in the print dialog is the built-in way to make PDF files.
The resolution is fairly high and is not adjustable. It is a "one size fits
all" solution.

If you wish greater control over the file size and content you should use
Adobe Acrobat (which is not Acrobat Reader).
