I also miss page up/page down. I've tried the push/pull fingers over the pad, but it isn't very efficient.

Touchpads are normally associated with laptop models such as Macbooks &
Macbook Pros. Unless you specify exactly which *keyboard* you're referring
to it's a bit difficult to suggest how it be used, but with touchpads the
2-finger technique is used for scrolling & has nothing to do with cursor
movement. As a general guess, the keyboards with touchpads typically include
a key labeled "fn" in the lower left corner and holding that key while
pressing Left/Right Arrow executes Home/End respectively. Similarly, using
the fn key with Up/Down Arrow executes Page Up/Down.
If that doesn't answer your question you may find clarification in the
documentation that came with the unit or in Mac Help. If not, the best
source of info would be the mfr's site - If an Apple keyboard, Apple tech
support or the Apple Discussions Forum pertaining to your model. Start here:
