We've got three people in this thread with three different problems.

AKR I think you have the "Disk Full" problem.

If you have not installed Apple OS 10.6.2 update, do that, that has some
fixes for Disk Full".

If you have not resolved your font duplicates using FontBook, do that also.

You should also download a utility to clean all your caches.

Then repair disk permissions and reboot.

Try that, and report back. The Disk Full error is a pain. We do not know
what is causing it, and we just have to keep trying things until we crack
it.
