I have one main document and one additional document that is a numbered list from 1-400. When I try to "Select all", the actual numbers to the left are not included. Is there any way to include them with the text or do I have to re-write each of these figures manually? Quick help needed! Thanks, Ulla-Stina in Sweden

By this time you probably have already realized there is no problem. Even if the numbers are not highlighted when you select all of the items, they will appear when you paste.
Even if for some odd reason they do not appear, all you have to do is select them and renumber them by clicking on the numbering icon in the Formatting Toolbar.

If you copy them and paste into a Word document, the number style will be pasted as well. If you paste into another app, like TextEdit, then the numbers should be pasted as well.
