Not easily. You have to assemble the list in AppleScript, then print that.
There is one thing you could "Try". It's nasty but it works: Turn all of
the styles used in the Documents to Font = Hidden except the "Comments"
style.
Then print the document.
Only the Comments style will print :-)

I decided to try the Font=Hidden approach, and in the process I
stumbled across something else...
If I go to Print the document, then choose "Microsoft Word" from the
pulldown that leads to the different settings areas, then choose "List
of Markup" from the "Print What" pulldown, I then get the list of
comments with names and dates. If I've accepted all changes already,
then only the comments show up, and not the editing.
