Symbols: Missing my Wingdings

I seem to have lost my Wingdings2 & 3 (if there was a Wingdings "1," I'm
missing that as well).

I've got Office 2004 on an iBook G4, OS 10.4.10.

I recently replaced my Word preferences, fixing some other problems, but not
this one.

P.S. To MVP Bob, if you're out there: Yah, I really don't like the
Assistant, either. But, I recently opened it to see that computer man; it
was an appalling sight so I wanted at least to find a substitute. Finally, I
like the palette but miss some of the symbols on Wingdings.

Hi Judy -

Preferably while no Office apps are running: Take a look in Applications/MS
Office 2004/Office/Fonts to see if they are actually missing: Wingdings,
Wingdings 2 & Wingdings 3 should all be there.

Then launch Font Book to make sure they are not disabled. You can also
Validate them & Resolve Duplicates if necessary. If still no joy follow the
guidelines offered here:

I have one better than that. I think i'm starting to become a believer in the weird side of YouTube and split time lines, because the Corel Draw 8 CD (COMPACT DISK) I have had for 10 YEARS now and UNDAMAGED, has dropped 3 font files (Webdings 1,2 and 3) POOF, GONE! This is makes the Berenstein Bears look normal and gets me scratching my head about the Mandela Effect.
