calibri font

Hi,
I am using Word X on an eMac OS 10.3.5. I have been sent a template
for a book I am writing and the default fonts is Calibri. Although I
don't have Calibri on my Mac it displays on the screen. Do I need to
download and install Calibri, if so, where can I get it from?

AFAIK, the only way to obtain the MS ClearType Collection fonts *today*
is to purchase them (you can find them on line from MS or Ascender,
though they're pretty pricy), or get them with Windows Vista or Win
Office 2007.

However, though I can't find any official site saying so, it would not
be unheard of, based solely on MS fonts included with previous releases
of MacOffice, if the MS ClearType Collection fonts were included with
Mac Office 2008. We'll have to wait until next Tuesday to see for sure.

Hey JE,

Apple sent me notice of availability of Office2008 and I committed
myself to the "middle" version. Hope I should have needed commitment
instead. ;-)

The middle grade sound like what I have now in Office2004 anyway it cost
90 bucks more (bought the upgrade) not Brand new. I supposed to have it
in "my hot big hands" by no later than Jan 30.

Boy can I not write a complete sentence. The 90 bucks refers to more
expensive than the student Teacher Package. (upgrade of course.) sorry
for confusing even myself. ;-)
