That's a Windows font: Old English Text MT, by Monotype Corporation and
Type Solutions. It's a Microsoft font supplied with all versions of
Windows since 1990.

Just for your reference, there's a handy tool at
http://www.identifont.com/ that you can use to identify unknown
fonts by answering a series of simple questions about the
font's appearance. I've used it many times and find it to be
quite useful :-D
