how do you remove the word "Draft Only: from document

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

The have a document that prints with a screened out words "DRAFT ONLY" how do I remove this. Also some of the photos print as a black box...any ideas>>

Well, as far as the watermark, it depends on how it was created. If it is
actually the result of Word's Insert> Watermark feature you need only go to
the same place & click the option for No Watermark.

If that doesn't work use View> Header & Footer, select the graphic & delete
it as you would any other object.

It's also possible that it is an object formatted with Behind Text wrapping
in which case you'll need the Drawing Toolbar. Use the Select Objects tool
to select then delete the object.


As for the black rectangles: You don't mention the source of the document or
anything about the nature of the images, but if they show on screen & don't
print best guess is that you need to update your printer driver. There are
other possibilities, but without more details it's hard to say for sure.
