I'm looking to find a tweak that can change the caller id that shows up when you're making a call. I remember years ago there was a tweak called "Caller ID Faker" in Cydia that was able to do this, and it was free because it made you listen to a 10 seconds ad before the call was connected and it worked beautifully!
I'm trying to create a tweak to record iOS phone calls. I've copied the code from this link to create a tweak that can record calls and built the tweak with iOSOpenDev. There are few problems. When i disconnect the call, the phone resprings and there is a file with no sound in it (the file is created, but the size of it is only 28kb).

If you have a jailbroken iPhone, you can purchase a tweak from Cydia to record phone calls automatically. The aptly named Call Recorder tweak by hAcx costs $2.99 total and is far cheaper and simpler to use than regular subscription-based call recording apps. The app isn't available in Cydia by default, which means you'll have to install an external repo before you can get your hands on it.
Once you've finished setting up the Call Recorder tweak, any phone calls you make or receive from designated contacts, unknown, and blocked numbers will automatically trigger call recording. To stop recording at any time during the conversation, tap on the blinking red record button in the upper-left. Otherwise, the recording will stop as soon as the call ends.
Both jailbreak tweaks bring full-featured phone call recording functionality to the native Phone app and to various VoIP services, but for an extra dollar, Super Recorder X+ (iOS 12) includes a number of add-on features, such as a 200% volume amplifier and a voice changer.
Note: Please remember that for this to work you must have a SIM card from a phone. The data SIM card that comes with your iPad Wi-Fi + Cellular is not compatible with this tweak. It is worth mentioning that if you uninstall the [Ac!D]TelePad Cydia tweak you may experience issues with your 3G internet connectivity. If this happens you will simply need to install the TetherMe Cydia tweak.
Possibly one of the most requested features for Apple to bring natively to iOS is the ability to record phone calls. There are a lot of reasons people might want this feature, and with a jailbreak tweak called Call Recorder X+, you can get it. Since this uses a jailbreak tweak, it does, unfortunately, mean you need a jailbroken iPhone. For guides on how to jailbreak check out my jailbreak section.
DISCLAIMER: Depending on your location, you may be required by law to notify the person on the other end of the phone that they are being recorded. I, nor the developers of Call Recorder X+, can be held liable for any misuse of this tweak. Check the local laws in your country or state to see if this applies to you.
This is another call recording app available to download from the Cydia store. The app works well when your device is receiving a strong WiFi signal. In terms of 3G there were a few issues but later they were resolved after the update. It should be seen however that the tweak works with phone numbers from the US. Download the application is quite easy and you just need to use Cydia on your device to search for Call Log Pro. After you launch this application you can start recording incoming or outgoing calls. The application has a user-friendly interface and easy to use features.
From here you can enable the region and caller identify function (phone number city), toggle on or off the T9 dialing function (support Simplified Chinese Pinyin, Traditional Chinese Phonetic, Greek, Russian, Arabic), or purchase a license. More options are available in useful functions.
Customize color backgrounds, popup location, transitions, blur style, text color, animation style for the banner, choose between adaptive or custom dark mode settings, etc. Scorpion tweak features also dismiss behaviors (none, suppress ringtone, decline the phone call), auto-answer, app blacklist, and quick actions.
Have you ever been frustrated by incoming calls interrupting your browsing or gaming sessions on your iPhone? With CallBar XS, that annoyance is a thing of the past. This incredible Cydia tweak revolutionizes your phone calling experience by providing a discreet and non-intrusive call interface.
There are a few ways you can utilize your smartphone to help you continuously redial a busy phone line, depending on whether you have an iPhone or Android phone. Both devices have a baked-in feature that makes redialing much easier, but they also have their own unique methods for making the process a bit more automated. The best ways would likely be jailbreak tweaks and root mods, but there doesn't seem to be any good Android ones in development just yet.
Since software programs available through APT and or Installer.app (legacy) are not required to adhere to App Store guidelines, many of them are not typical self-contained apps but instead are extensions and customization options for iOS and its features and other apps (commonly called tweaks).[8] Users install these programs for purposes including personalization and customization of the interface using tweaks developed by developers and designers,[8] adding desired features such as access to the root file system and fixing annoyances,[9] and making development work on the device easier by providing access to the file system and command-line tools.[10][11] Many Chinese iOS device owners also jailbreak their phones to install third-party Chinese character input systems because they are easier to use than Apple's.[12]
