Each product is saved as a component so my thinking was I could drag and drop each of the products one by one and render them out. This way all the products will be rendered from the same exact view point / angle and have similar shadows etc.
I had filled up this form already and get a reply through email. But my problem is still not fixed yet. Then, I email my problem again to SketchUp team with uploading my payment history and plan settings photo, and not getting any reply yet.

Are your case solve ? Can you share the solution to me ? thank you
Hello everyone! As some of you may know, one of the big things I believe the community was backing in the Layout petition post LAYOUT PETITION: Status: CLOSED - Trimble Response Posted May 27th - #334 by AK_SAM was a product roadmap board for Sketchup/Layout users to vote on features and to see future development in the pipeline.
I am not sure if/when Sketchup will create a product roadmap area for the community, however I am curious to see what you think of this one? If Sketchup/Layout used a roadmap board like the one in this link Feature Requests ClickUp would you find it useful? If not, why?
If you care about the development of Sketchup/Layout, it would be great to get as much feedback on here as possible with what the community thinks and if you have better suggestions feel free to leave them! I hope to see this post blow up with feedback!

In particular, how does creating 2 different and potential competing platforms fit in with your stated strategy? How much is the resource cost for keeping both PRO and Web both in a state of continuous build?
Understand how customers and purchasers first hear about your product. How they find out more about your products. How they make a decision to buy your product. What is their first experience like using your product versus everyday use. How to receive support, and how to get folks recommending your product to others. These are all important steps to get right and always provide valuable design insights for a product like SketchUp.
For instance, there possibly could be several products including a SketchUp Lite (no Layout), SketchUp Pro and SketchUp EDU if they were aligned with the business goals. It is important to be as transparent as possible about upcoming plans and features and limitations.
Positioning-centric information is changing the way people, businesses and governments work throughout the world. By applying Trimble's advanced positioning solutions, productivity increases and safety improvements are being realized.
Owned by Trimble Inc., the program is currently available as a web-based application, SketchUp Free,[4] and three paid subscriptions, SketchUp Shop, SketchUp Pro, and SketchUp Studio, each with increasing functionality.[5][6][7]
Google SketchUp Pro 6 introduced a beta version of Google SketchUp LayOut which includes 2D vector tools and page layout tools allowing presentations to be produced without the need for a separate presentation program.[19]
On September 1, 2010, SketchUp 8 was released with model geolocation with Google Maps and Building Maker integration.[20] Mac OS X Tiger was no longer supported.[3] SketchUp version 8 use under Wine has been rated "Gold".[21] Geolocation information is always stored in the KMZ file.[22] The building designs themselves are saved in SKP.
SketchUp Pro subscription includes the eponymous desktop 3D modeler, plus importers and exporters to common 2D and 3D formats, access to SketchUp's repository of pre-built 3D models (3D Warehouse), access to its extension library (Extension Warehouse), access to LayOut (2D documentation software) and Style Builder (create custom edge styles for SketchUp models).[28][29] SketchUp Pro 2016 has native integration with Trimble Connect, treat 3D Warehouse models as references, a rebuilt Generate Report and now LayOut offers web-friendly reference objects as well as a new LayOut API.[30]
In November 2017, SketchUp Free was released as a web-based application which replaces SketchUp Make.[32] Drawings can be saved to the cloud, saved locally as a native SKP file, or exported as an STL file. Compared to Make, SketchUp Free does not support extensions, creation and editing of materials. The product is not for commercial use.[33]
3D Warehouse is an open library in which SketchUp users may upload and download 3D models to share.[36] The models can be downloaded right into the program without anything having to be saved onto your computer's storage. File sizes of the models can be up to 50 MB. Anyone can make, modify and re-upload content to and from the 3D warehouse free of charge.[37] All the models in 3D Warehouse are free, so anyone can download files for use in SketchUp or even other software such as AutoCAD, Revit and ArchiCAD - all of which have apps allowing the retrieval of models from 3D Warehouse. Since 2014 Trimble has launched a new version of 3D Warehouse where companies may have an official page with their own 3D catalog of products. Trimble is currently investing in creating 3D developer partners in order to have more professionally modeled products available in 3D Warehouse. According to the Trimble, 3D Warehouse is the most popular 3D content site on the web. SketchUp designers may visit 3D Warehouse to discover new products or for inspiration when designing their own.
SketchUp 4 and later support software extensions written in the Ruby programming language, which add specialized functionality. Many such extensions are available to others on the Trimble Extension Warehouse[39] and many other 3rd party websites as well. SketchUp has a Ruby console, an environment which allows experimentation with Ruby.[40]
In the modelling screen we see no Watermark and the Toolbar is there.
Wondering now why we can access this App without going though the sign in process. Our Account still shows no Product and yet we now have access?
Thanks for your help!
As a relatively long term Sketchup user I can't work without the line tool and the Knife tool in Blender doesn't show distance and it doesn't snap by length like the Sk-u line tool, so it's really hard to work with it.
Basically here's what I want to do, to draw a small line 20cm from ,,point Q" (random name I thought of) and then to draw a line towards the other side of the box to the point that is also 20 cm from it's version of "point Q", hopefully without using subdivision and loop tool, which both create a lot of unnecessary things and are both unprecise for what I need.
I have a client for whom it would make sense to be able to show multiple options of finishes for their product (windows/conservatories). I know that I could do still images and then multiple exports and integrate them into a nice user interface, but I also thought it would be great to be able to do this in a 3D viewer & configurator of some sort.
I've not come across Affinity before, but is photoshop a substitute for this, or is there something specific within Affinity that might be worth further investigation? I need to spend a bit of time getting into the 3DVista trial, the tours you've produced are on another level

I use a noise map as a fine grained displacement, if I remember correctly I set it to a size of .5m x .5m with a displacement of .4. I posted it a while ago in reference to a post on frosted glass RE: Frosted glass
The cross product, also called the vector product, is an operation on two vectors. The cross product of two vectors produces a third vector which is perpendicular to the plane in which the first two lie.
Also, Blender is now shipping with precise CAD drawing tools (the PDT add-on). The developer behind this addon is an experienced and trained draughtsman as well as a highly qualified mechanical engineer. He and others have been using Blender for serious CAD work.
And you are right that Blender is designed for modeling figurine, but a plugin to add precision drawing tools is obviously an attempt to fix that original design limitation. PDT tools are included with the current release, but they are disabled by default.
As for using Blender to model woodworking projects, maybe this video will be of interest: =WW1QgAUayvY. Regarding the Blender interface seeming complex, just as with any new application the more time you spend using it the less complex it will seem.
The Enscape SketchUp real time rendering plugin provides you with the ability to render, walkthrough, flythrough, create animations, and virtually experience your model in 3D with incredible simplicity.
