Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Power PC I have created a power point, and the file size is too large. I have tried converting to a PDF to send, but it actually grows in size. I set the images to lowest resolution, and the DPI to 72. Still way too large. What can I do to make the file smaller?

I know in the Windows version, I can shrink all the images, but I cant do that on the mac version.

Thanks!

We resolve this issue by opening the file in iWork 09 Keynote and using the reduce file size command from the edit menu. Then save a copy back to a powerpoint file.

Another option is to use a free service like DropBox to transfer the file. Works better than attachments for large files.
