Active Cell Border Color

The active cell border color in Excel is a light blue which is almost
invisible. How do I change this to a dark border that I can see?

XL uses the system Highlight color - change it in System
Preferences/Appearance. Note that it's a system-wide setting.

This works well. thanks. Excel has so many options but not this
one . Same problem last time in 2003. Strange...
