Saving Split Panes

I am running Excel 2001 in OS 9.1. When I open my Excel documents I have to
go through and re-split them. How can I get them to save as split windows?

Do you save them once they're split? That setting should be saved with the
file...

You could try trashing your Excel Settings (9) file in the
Preferences/Microsoft folder. Also, make sure you have enough memory
allocated to XL - 7MB "minimum" and 25 - 30 "preferred" is what I usually
had before moving to v.X.
