How to transpose paste pictures in cells

Hello
I have a set of data that includes names, figures and photos of the
individuals. I can sort and filter the data but excel will not let me copy
and transpose paste the data without losing the pictures.
Is there any way to fix the pictures to a cell that allows them to be copied
and transpose pasted?

Pictures - along with anything else you can't *type* - cannot be stored in
cells. Although there may be some way to do what you're attempting in Excel
it isn't the best program for your intended purpose. Check out some of the
database & cataloging software that enable storing graphic objects as data.
