Can't copy contents of spreadhsheet

Using Excel from Microsoft Office X on and iMac. I want to copy the
contents of a large spreadsheet into a new spreadsheet and it won't
let me. Many of the columns in this sheet contain formulas. The
headings in the columns somehow ? got changed and I can't clean them
up. I am able to copy date I enter in a new sheet to anaother new
sheet. What have I done wrong?

Hi
From the Edit menu choose "Move or Copy Sheet." That feature lets you make
an exact copy of your worksheet.
