What do you mean by "no success"?
Assuming you have no add-ins that would change settings:
Create your workbook with the properties you want, including zoom, size
and location.
Save it *as a template* (choose "Template" in the Format dropdown in the
Save As dialog) in the
Application:Microsoft Office 2004:Office:Startup:Excel:
folder (or your alternative startup folder, if you've set one in
Preferences/General), with the name
Workbook
Note that there's no extension.
From then on, new workbooks will open with the same properties.
