Hello
I have 4 email address that I need to email a lot
Is there a way of me having a setting so I do not have to add each address every time.
Maybe like a mini mailing list with these 4 addresses.

When you address a message type in the name of the group.
I know you only have 4 addresses so recreating this group would not be a
problem, but Entourage does not export groups to save, but if you assign the
group name as a category to each contact you can easily recreate your
groups. This is especially helpful for additional groups with several
members.
