Sync Notes and Tasks with iPhone

I've read that with the Web Services Edition of Entourage 2008, tasks and notes synchronization exists. How does one sync tasks and notes in Entourage with an iPhone using an Exchange server?

I'm responding to this not that I know anything about exchange other
than to receive my gmail I setup my iPhone using exchange so that it
would work like a BlackBerry and push the mail immediately and boy is
gmail great. However, I got Missing Sync for the iPhone specifically
to sync tasks and notes from my iPhone through to Entourage and it
works beautifully. It uses my WIFI network to do this and tasks sync
to iCal and Entourage and Notes can sync to Entourage, Yojimbo Notes
or Markspaces own Notes app which is included which is actually quite
good.

You can't sync them to the iPhone via Exchange. The iPhone simply does
not support this capability.
Third party solutions such as The Missing Sync from Mark|Space offer
notes and task syncing <http://www.markspace.com/iphone/>.
