Hy! am having problem about this message in ENTOURAGE 08 : <schedule "send & receive all" will run in 10 minutes>
why do i have to wait 10 min to receive mail that i have just send to my self from other mail.
Please help! tnx
You can go to Tools/Run Schedule/Edit Schedules. From there, you can
double-click Send & Receive All and change the schedule to whatever you
prefer if 10 minutes is too long for you to wait.
You can also click Send/Receive on the toolbar to initiate the process at
any time (if it's not on your toolbar, you can add it by customising it).
Don
Go to Tools, Schedules, then double click on the schedule to change it.
Thanks for any help that anyone can provide

What exactly are you seeing?

Clicking Send in an open email, will send that email.
Emails in the Outbox will send when schedule fires.
"As recommended by Windows Live Hotmail, repeating schedules only connect after a minimum of 30 minutes. Note that manual connections do not have this restriction."
So, despite having set Entourage to check this account every 5 minutes, it is actually only checking every 30 minutes, although I am allowed to check as often as every 5 minutes if I do this manually. In Outlook, this restriction does not exist. Is there is a way around this restriction in Entourage (such as a script) so that the program will actually send/receive every 5 minutes?
Thanks!
David
Thanks! This looks like it will allow me to auto check every 10-minutes if I select all of the options under 'Timed' and that is certainly better than 30-minutes. Thanks!
