Collapse all feature is not sticky

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I use the group feature and collapse all feature to manage my mailbox. It works fine on a PC, but on my MAC, group br receiver works and then collapsing the headers works and only the receivers name and number of messages is displayed. If I move to another folder and come back to my inbox all of the groups are expanded again.

Any ideas on how to make the folders stay collapsed in my inbox when I move around Entourage?

I see the same behavior but I can work around this by creating a custom
arrangement using View menu --> Arrange By --> Edit Custom
Arrangements... and creating the view there. The last drop down menu
allows you to specify that your arrangements be closed.
