Outgoing mail not going, and hanging Entourage.

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop
I tried to send an email with a video attached. Apparently, the video was too large to send. The email is stuck in my outbox, still attempting to send. Every time I start up Entourage, it hangs. I cannot delete the email from my outbox because Entourage won't stay open long enough to allow it. I have gone to the progress box at Window>Progress, and I can't "stop all" there either. Any suggestions? TIA.

I have the same problem as you. Did you get yours resolved and how? cm

I have not yet gotten it resolved. I was advised to uninstall and reinstall Entourage, but I'm hoping not to have to do that. Watch this space to see if anyone answers my inquiry, and I'll write back if I get answers from elsewhere.
I'm checking my email through webmail in the meantime.

Hold down Shift key when launching Entourage. This disables Schedules. You can go into the Outbox and delete the email.
