Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) Processor: Power PC Email Client: imap Hi guys,

I am looking at sending out a christmas card jpeg to about 300 people. What is the best way to do this to ensure everyone receives and can view it.

As far as I can see attaching it is the best way but imbedding it makes it look full size and better.

Opinions please.

Thanks
Lee

Lots of folks like to send fancy mail messages, however, I suggest folks
post their message on a web site and then just send the link to it. You
can make it as complex as you like, include animations or audio and
prevent sending overly large messages to your recipients.

This also gives you the ability to let your recipients respond to you on
the site where others can see as well.

Whatever you do, I *don't* suggest using any of the "online greeting
card" websites. You have no control over what these sites are doing with
all the E-mail addresses you provide them. This could become a source of
potential spam for not only you but your recipients.

Be sure you send out your mail message with everyone in the Bcc field so
that addresses remain private.

Hope this helps!
