I created a folder and accidently set a rule on that folder that every email I received which was "no reply" would go to that folder. I could not figure out how to delete the rule so I deleted the folder thinking it would delete the rule. Now every time I received a message from "no reply" it gives me an error message. I looked up how to delete rules and found that I need to go to tools --> rules --> Mail exchange. But I do not see any rule listed there. Can anyone help?
You didn't say what kind of account you're using. Tools > Rules is the
correct location, but then use the tab according to the account type
you're using.
