everytime i log in, keeps readding all my contacts.

Everytime i log in to microsoft messenger on my mac, it keeps bringing
up a window asking me if i want to allow or block a contact on my
list, as if they had just sent a request to add me. It does this to
every one of my contacts already appearing on my list. It didnt use
to do this, ive been using msn for months now im on my mac, and used
the account on my pc for years. How do i stop it?
