Can't login to one https:// site

Using any browser on Win7 Pro, I am unable to login to the control panel of
my Web site that is hosted by Siteground. I AM able to login in to other
secure sites, such as my bank on this machine. Siteground had me run a number
of diagnostics including a ping and a tracert and concluded that the problem
is on my end. This is a brand new HP desktop computer; I am able to login to
my control panel on another computer in my home that also is running Windows
7. yt makes sense to everyone so far that since the problem occurs in any
browser, it's not a browser setting at fault here but more likely a "blocked
port." (I'm familiar with computer stuff but not that familiar.) I'd
appreciate any help with this strange problem! If I have posted this to the
wrong forum, please forgive me and let me know where I should post it again.
I have been unable to locate a forum that's specific to Windows 7

You're in the wrong newsgroup.

This is the group for the Mac version of IE. You should repost in one of
the regular IE groups.
