Easiest Solution for Remote Desktop Administration

I am working to support two remote users who are extremely computer
challenged. For example, it took me about 50 minutes to just get them to
login to a sign on page for a webex conference. What application would
give me the *easiest* way to sign in to their computers for support
remotely?

An idea application would be one where they could double click an icon to
authorize my userid to connect for the next N minutes / hours, and then they
just walk away and I have access to the computer.

Any solution that requires use of a complex application and dialogs and
menus isn't going to work well here.

Any suggestions?
