I can't get a formula to obtain a percentage of a dollar amount. When I use
full numbers such as 2400 x 40% using a formula (and my columns) of
=B4*40% I have no problem. As soon as I have a decimal point, for dollars
and cents such as =2400.02*40% it notifies a Value Error. What am I doing
wrong? Thanks for your help.
