my name is james sturgell. recently i caught a virus that poped up as a
windows update/ security alert. it forcibly installed av2010..a false version
that gave my computer virus'. since this even i have not had access to my
email account (wowwyb...@hotmail.com). my alternate email is
burnt...@hotmail.com. i tryd to reset the password from my secret question
and the whole "i forgot my password" help thing but no luck. it told me that
my answer was wrong. how can i get my account back? is there ne way to..some
tech support i can call anything really.
